Level Measurement in Chipboard Silos

Chipboard is the name given to the material obtained by mixing the chips of wood or wood-made lignocellulosic plants with artificial resin adhesives (Urea formaldehyde, phenol formaldehyde and vinyl-based glues), pressing (forming) at high temperature and pressure. Chip silos cause dense dust during filling and emptying. Radar level sensors are the ideal solution for dust-dense silos.

Non-Contact Measurement with MICROPULS 59

It is the ideal radar sensor for measuring partial solids under difficult conditions. With its antenna system in Horn or Parabolic structure, it is the most economical sensor for the measurement of partial solids up to 15 meters. The electronic amplifier is configured for dusty environments. In this way, the MICROPULS 59 is one of the most powerful sensors that can measure up to 15m in all particulate solids, especially in dusty environments, such as cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, mineral, sawdust, chips, food powders, feed, grain, granules.

Non-Contact Measurement with MICROPULS 58

With its horn or parabolic antenna system, it is the ideal radar sensor for the measurement of especially partial solids under the most difficult conditions. The electronic amplifier is configured for harsh conditions and is powered by three separate amplifiers. In this way, the MICROPULS 58 is the most powerful sensor capable of measuring up to 70m in all particulate solids such as cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, minerals, sawdust, chips, food powders, feed, grain, granules, especially in dusty environments.

Prevent Overflows with MICROCAP

It is a capacitive type bar level bolt used for empty and full condition control in silos, tanks, boilers, bunkers and similar reserve areas of solid or liquid materials. It can be used in metal or concrete bunkers, especially in extremely dusty silos, cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, mine, feed, grain, granular and powder products and almost in all liquids
